1. Pre-Order Agreement

By placing a pre-order for the Everest C1 ARM64 server board ("C1" or "Product"), you enter into a binding agreement with Everest Technologies Inc. ("Everest," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your pre-order and subsequent purchase of the C1 product.

2. Product Specifications

The C1 is an ARM64 server board featuring:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Extreme APU (4nm process)
  • 18-core CPU with performance and efficiency cores
  • 64GB LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory with ECC support
  • Hexagon NPU delivering 80+ AI TOPS
  • PCIe 4.0 x16 HyperLink interconnect (up to 100GB/s)
  • Dual M.2 2280 NVMe or Mini SAS HD connectivity
  • Redundant USB-C PD 3.1 power inputs (100W each)
  • IPMI 2.0 compliant BMC with REST API

Specifications are subject to minor changes based on component availability and engineering refinements. Any material changes will be communicated to pre-order customers.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Early Bird Pricing: $899 USD per unit when purchasing 8 or more C1 boards, limited to the first 100,000 pre-orders. This promotional pricing represents a discount from the current retail price of $1,299 USD per unit. To access promotional pricing, you must purchase through the link:

  • Minimum order quantity: 8 units for promotional pricing
  • Payment is processed immediately upon pre-order placement
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes
  • Promotional pricing expires when 100,000 units are pre-ordered or at our discretion
4. Delivery Timeline and Logistics

Estimated delivery: Q2 2026

This timeline is an estimate based on current manufacturing projections and is subject to change due to:

  • Component supply chain availability
  • Manufacturing capacity and yield rates
  • Regulatory certification requirements
  • Quality assurance and testing procedures
  • Global shipping and logistics constraints

We will provide regular updates on production progress through email and our Discord community. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis within each production batch.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pre-orders may be cancelled with full refund under the following conditions:

  • Before production begins: Full refund available within 14 days of written cancellation request
  • After production begins: Cancellations subject to 15% handling fee to cover committed manufacturing costs
  • 30 days before shipping: No cancellations accepted once units enter final testing and packaging
  • Delayed delivery: If delivery is delayed beyond 12 months from original estimate, customers may cancel for full refund

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and returned via the original payment method.

6. Hardware Warranties and Support

Each C1 unit includes:

  • Hardware warranty: 3 years from delivery date covering manufacturing defects
  • Component warranty: Individual components covered by respective manufacturer warranties
  • DOA policy: Dead-on-arrival units replaced within 30 days of delivery
  • Technical support: Community support via Discord, professional support available separately
  • Firmware updates: BMC and boot firmware updates provided for warranty period

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for warranty claims.

7. Software and Compatibility

The C1 is designed to be compatible with:

  • ARM64 Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE, Debian)
  • Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX)
  • Virtualization platforms supporting ARM64

No operating system is included. Customers are responsible for software licensing, installation, and configuration. We provide community-maintained installation guides and drivers but do not guarantee compatibility with all software packages.

8. Pre-Order Risks and Disclaimers

This is a pre-order for a product in development. By pre-ordering, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Development risk: Product specifications may change during development
  • Delivery risk: Timeline estimates may change due to manufacturing challenges
  • Performance risk: Actual performance may vary from specifications
  • Compatibility risk: Software compatibility cannot be guaranteed for all use cases
  • Market risk: Competing products may be released before delivery
  • Technology risk: Newer technologies may supersede product capabilities
9. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon delivery, you receive:

  • Hardware ownership rights for lawful use
  • License to use included firmware and BMC software
  • Access to technical documentation and schematics
  • Right to modify hardware for personal/commercial use (voids warranty)

You may not reverse engineer proprietary components, redistribute firmware, or use the product for illegal activities. Everest retains all intellectual property rights in designs, software, and documentation.

10. Export Controls and Compliance

The C1 contains advanced semiconductor technology subject to export control regulations. By pre-ordering, you certify that:

  • You are not located in an embargoed country
  • You are not on any government restricted party list
  • You will not export or re-export the product to prohibited destinations
  • You will comply with all applicable trade and export laws

We may request additional documentation for international orders and reserve the right to refuse orders that may violate export control regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
  • Business interruption or lost profits
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Third-party software or service failures
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control
12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Delaware state law, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

13. Communication and Updates

By pre-ordering, you consent to receive:

  • Order confirmations and shipping notifications
  • Product development updates and timeline changes
  • Technical documentation and support materials
  • Community invitations and promotional communications (opt-out available)
14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email and website posting. Continued participation in the pre-order program constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes affecting pricing or delivery will provide opt-out refund options.
